You don’t have to live life on edge, let us help you find the calm

Is this really anxiety?

  • You are feeling all over the place and finding it hard to focus.

  • You know you are capable and doing well, but you still question if you are good enough as a parent/partner/friend/colleague or just in general

  • You are feeling burnt out, either at work or with life, and you feel like you need a break from it all.

  • You aren’t feeling like yourself. You are more irritated, frustrated or have a shorter fuse than you used to, and that might be taking a toll on other aspects of your life.

  • You tend to be a people pleaser. You take on more than you can handle, will do everything for everyone else leaving you feeling depleted and exhausted. Saying no, even to the people closest to you, leaves you feeling guilty and like you should be doing more.

  • You are experiencing physical symptoms such as racing heart rate, difficulty falling and/or staying asleep, quick or shallow breathing, feeling restless, keyed up or on edge, experiencing a heavy feeling on your chest, or tension in your shoulders or upper back.

Have you ever wondered if what you’re feeling is more than just everyday, routine stress? It’s a question many of us ask ourselves, especially in a world that glorifies constant hustle and grind. Understanding the difference between normal stress and something more can be a challenge, but it’s important for your well-being.

Can you see yourself in any of these scenarios?

Counseling may be for you if any of these scenarios sound familiar and you want to make a change.

Feeling stuck and wondering where to start? We get it - beginning counseling can feel intimidating, overwhelming and like adding one more thing to your already full plate. Here’s what to expect:

We’ll start with a brief (10 minute) phone call to discuss your needs, payment options, and find the best appointment time for you. We offer telehealth sessions available during the day and evening.

Feeling nervous about counseling is completely normal. Your first session may bring some anxiety, many feel the same way. We’ll begin by covering paperwork, how we operate, payment schedules and policies. Then, we’ll focus on what matters most to you - at your own pace.

Discussing personal issues with a stranger can be uncomfortable, so we prioritize building a comfortable relationship first. You set the pace for our conversations. We’re here to help those ready to dig into the tough stuff, but we understand that it takes time.

You don’t want to keep living this way, but where do you start?
